Privacy Policy for this site

This policy is subject to revision without prior notice and the new policy will take effect no later than fourteen (14) days after being posted to the site.


What information is collected from me?

Your IP (Internet protocol) address is used to help gather broad demographic information, and is not stored with, or normally associated with, your UserID. Your IP address may be associated with your UserID temporarily for reasons of technical troubleshooting. This information is not shared with any third party. Your E-mail address and shipping address/phone may be used by us to contact you when necessary.  We also may have on record a separate billing contact that you have provided. This billing data will not be used except for billing purposes or billing related questions.


Who else may view this data?

All of your contact information and purchase history cannot be viewed by anyone other than our employees or yourself.  We may make available to selected parties, aggregate user statistics such as the number of page hits, for marketing or other reasons.


What are "Cookies", and why do you use them?

Cookies are small files or file fragments that store information on your computer.
Our site uses cookies to keep track of your logon session. These cookies all get sent back only to our originating server, and contain only the data that we put in them. The data in the cookies does not contain any part of your contact information, the cookies only contain an alphanumeric identifier for use by our software, which expires less than 35 minutes after you last accessed the site. The only exceptions to this are the optional UserID logon cookie, which can store only your UserID at your request, and expires after approximately one year after your last visit to our site, or when the "Remember my UserID" check box is un-checked during a logon, whichever comes first, and your Shopping Cart which is stored for a period of one month past your last visit, so that your order is not lost simply becuase you had to leave your desk.  For your security, there is no option to store your password in a cookie. Even so, if other people use your computer, we recommend, and you may prefer, to not enable the UserID cookie, for greater security.


What about the other Web sites that you link to?

This site may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. A link to an external Web site does not necessarily indicate our endorsement or approval of that sites services, practices, or products.


What else should I know about Security?

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.  We will never ask for your password or UserID in an unsolicited E-mail or phone call. If this information is ever required in response to a change request from you, send the information only via E-mail to our address.
We are not responsible for the security of your password. Please do not store them in an easily accessible location, and do not use easy to guess words. We reserve the right to terminate or edit accounts and orders without prior notice, if it feels that that lost or compromised passwords warrant this action.
