Delivery options:


We can ship most orders the same day. We have over 40 distribution centers across the USA and Canada. All orders need to be in by 5:00PM EST. Nine out of ten customers live in our next day delivery zones. What does this mean? Fast Delivery to your business! Special orders might take a little longer but we normally have most of our inventory available for overnight delivery in the USA. Overseas shipping is, of course, available! Shipping is free for all orders of $75 or more, in the USA via UPS ground shipping. Shipping quotes available outside the USA for APO type orders. Payment Options


We offer two types of accounts to serve you.


Business Accounts


  1. Open Account: Net 30 days. Invoices will be mailed separately within three days of shipping. Business accounts are subject to credit approval.
  2. Credit Card Payment: We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, I.M.P.A.C., or American Express.

Personal Accounts


  1. Certified Check or Money Orders.
  2. Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, or American Express.

Sales tax


is charged in the following states: California. If you are doing business with us and are tax exempt, please fax us a tax exempt form to 916-446-5526.


Return Policy - 100% Satisfaction Guarantee


If you are not completely satisfied with your Edwards Office Systems, Inc purchase, email us at returns@edwardsoffice.com, or call 916-446-5400, for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). Products must be:


  • Returned in the original packaging.
  • Returned within 20 days.
  • Returned via UPS or USPS with insurance at the customers expense.
  • All electronic devices (ie: fax machines, copiers, printers, adding machines) must be returned within 2 weeks from date of purchase.

All items returned to us will either be replaced or the cost refunded to you less a 25% restocking fee.


International Military Customers


Welcome! We are pleased to be able to serve your computer and office product needs and we do our best to offer you the same service as our domestic customers. The following information will help answer your questions and also let you know what legal obligations you have when purchasing product from us.


We are currently shipping and downloading thousands of products internationally to military bases. However, some products are not available for export due to restrictions made by the publisher or manufacturer, or because of U.S. law regarding the export of encryption. We will do our best to tell you if your order is not allowed but you should be aware of your legal obligations.


You are required by law to follow U.S. export control restrictions. You are therefore prohibited from purchasing products which contain DES data and/or file encryption or any other restricted technology.


It remains the legal obligation of the individual who accesses this service to comply with the U.S. State Department regulations which govern the transfer of certain products which are designed to meet military specifications and/or used in military applications (products which contain DES data and/or file encryption).


No computer products may be downloaded or otherwise exported (1) into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Iran, Syria or any other country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods; or (2) to anyone on the U.S. Commerce Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals, or the U.S. Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders.


Because requirements of manufacturers change daily, we are unable to provide you with an accurate list of products that are not available for shipping internationally. The following list may not be complete or accurate but are manufacturers who often restrict the export of their products.

What Do I Need To Know About Shipping?


Computer products that are shipped outside the US and Canada may be subject to your country's taxes, tariffs, duties, and other such costs - in addition to your shipping costs. Sometimes these costs can be quite high. You are responsible to pay any such taxes, tariffs and customs when the product arrives in your country. Tracking: For all shipped orders, we will do our best to provide you with tracking numbers for the carrier you chose. This will allow you to check online to see where your shipment is and contact the carrier if there are any problems. You should be able to track your shipment after 3 days of placing your order by calling our sales department at 916-446-5400 or emailing us at ""Tracking My Package"".


Duties & Customs: The customer is responsible for ALL costs for international shipments such as customs, tariffs, taxes, and shipping costs. For more information please search on government sites for the document titled "Tariffs & Other Taxes on Computer Hardware & Software."


Costs: Shipping costs will be emailed to you. Please use our comment field on the order form to relate how you'd like your order shipped.


Costs: Shipping costs are by the weight of your order, the carrier and speed you select, and the destination. Options: Almost all international orders are shipped via Federal Express or UPSP.


Time: Your product should clear customs in your country within 7 days of placing your order.


Multiple: If you want to ship to two or more separate destinations or use different shipping options for different products, you must make each destination or shipping option a separate order.
